1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 5rgame ("5rgame", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 5rgame platform at https://5rgame.bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 5rgame platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to all real-money features on 5rgame is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account on 5rgame, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 5rgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including — but not limited to — a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification document acceptable in Pakistan.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a 5rgame account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process;
• Hold a valid Pakistani mobile number and email address accessible to you;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of a 5rgame employee;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on any regulated gaming platform.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered 5rgame account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 5rgame employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals across all associated accounts may be forfeited at 5rgame's sole discretion.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 5rgame account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 5rgame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

5rgame will not be held liable for any financial losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your disclosure of credentials, failure to secure your registered email account, use of a shared device, or any other negligence on your part.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

5rgame is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. Before processing any withdrawal, 5rgame may require you to submit the following documentation:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC, passport, or government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account matching your registered mobile number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 5rgame may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 5rgame account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where a closure request is submitted, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method before the account is closed. Account closure requests submitted during an active bonus wagering period may result in the forfeiture of uncleared bonus balances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

5rgame accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method. 5rgame does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made to your 5rgame account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit amount will be returned to the originating account and the deposit will not be credited to your 5rgame wallet.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds);
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account in your name;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the cashier stage;
• 5rgame targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 5rgame are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where USDT TRC20 is used, the applicable PKR conversion rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. 5rgame is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5rgame offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus credits awarded by 5rgame are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those bonus credits may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, and expiry period are specified in each bonus offer. Bets placed on games with low RTP or excluded game categories may not contribute toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5rgame reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where 5rgame determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins on 5rgame carry an expiry period, which begins from the time the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the expiry time will be forfeited automatically. It is your responsibility to check the expiry period of any bonus before claiming it.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games and sports betting markets offered on 5rgame are provided by licensed third-party game providers and sportsbook operators. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5rgame platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one 5rgame account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the 5rgame platform in any way;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on 5rgame;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 5rgame for money laundering purposes;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5rgame staff, support agents, or other players;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's 5rgame account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Pakistani or international law.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5rgame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 5rgame platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service;
• Any loss of data, wagers, or game progress resulting from technical malfunction;
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence;
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the 5rgame platform.

5rgame's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11 Privacy and Data

5rgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 5rgame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12 Amendments to Terms

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 5rgame holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through 5rgame's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Where Pakistani consumer protection law affords you rights that are not excluded by the above, those rights remain unaffected by this clause. 5rgame does not exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
